AutoStandBy Pro (the Free Edition) costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. This page is about AutoStandBy Pro Plus, a one-time purchase of €12.99.
You can ask for a full refund of Plus within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with and include your license key or payment reference.
- PayPal: refunded to the PayPal account that paid. PayPal usually shows it within a few days.
- Bitcoin: refunded in Bitcoin to an address you give us. We refund the amount of Bitcoin you paid, so its value in euro may differ from the original price.
When a payment is refunded, its license key is revoked: the Plus features switch off on your computers and the program keeps working as the free edition. Please do not open a PayPal dispute before writing to us; a refund by email is faster.
After 14 days we refund only when the law requires it. If Plus does not work on your computer and we cannot fix it, tell us and we will look at the case with you in good faith.
